PLACING AND MANAGING AN ORDER

How do I place my order?
  • ONLINE- We encourage you to browse our rental catalog to place your order via our online ordering tool. Instead of having to call in or email your rental order, you can select your items, add them to a cart, and checkout all online - any time of the day or night, whatever works best for you.

What is required to place an order?
  • Event date
  • Event start time and end time
  • Event location and address
  • Delivery date and times as well as any specific delivery instructions. For example, is there a freight elevator? Will there be stairs? Are the doors wide enough for whatever equipment you’re ordering? How far of a walk is there from the truck to the final location of the rental items?
  • Pickup date and times
  • Onsite contact and phone number
How far in advance should I place my order?

Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability. We recommend placing your reservation at least two weeks prior to the date of your event. However, you may place your order one day in advance or up to one year in advance.

Can I change my order?

Yes. You may make additions and modifications up to 2pm three (3) days before delivery. If the requested product is available, we will, of course, accommodate requests for increased quantities. Please refer to our cancellation policy to avoid any charges.

How long is the rental period?

Typically, we allow you 3 days for the rental period. We can deliver items the day before your event. For weekend events we deliver Friday and return on Monday.


ORDER DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Can I pick up my rental order from your warehouse or design studio?

Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange for client pickups/drop-offs at any of our locations.

Will you deliver my rental items?

Yes. We offer curbside delivery and pickup service. All deliveries carry a standardized rate of $45 per order. For an additional charge and with advance notice, delivery and/or pickup service can be provided after hours or on weekends and holidays. Specific time requests are also available for an additional charge with advance notice.

* Your order may incur additional fees or charges if our delivery/pickup teams are required to use stairs, delivery/pickup is delayed due to the event, if there is a large distance between the truck and delivery location, or if it requires additional labor or services.

Will your drivers set up and take down the equipment?

All equipment is typically set up and taken down by the customer. Setup and takedown service for chairs is available at an additional charge. These arrangements MUST be made prior to delivery and pickup.


PRICING

Do you require a deposit on rentals?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve inventory for your event and the balance of the contract is due three (3) days before installation/delivery. We do require that you confirm your contracts electronically. We will forward you a link to review and sign your rental contract.

How can I view product pricing?

You can view product pricing by simply browsing our website for the latest rental pricing available. We encourage our guest to use the online shopping cart for estimates including taxes.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order any time up until two (2) business days prior to delivery and no fee will be charged. Canceling your order or removing items from your order the day prior to delivery will incur a restocking fee equal to 50% of the price of the items canceled or removed. Canceling your order on the day of delivery will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

No credit will be issued for mutually agreed upon customer items or event-driven purchases; these items are subject to payment in full at time of reservation for all clients and are non-refundable. No credit will be given for unused items. Unless the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are subject to change.

What is the pricing of rental beyond 5 days?

The Base Rental rates cover a period of up to five days, allowing delivery (1) day before and return (1) day after the event. See below for additional fees for longer rental periods. Prices are subject to change without notice.
